As a Senior Power Platform Developer on our solutions delivery team, you will help advance the digital transformation of mission-critical government systems. Our teams value curiosity, collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement. We use Agile practices, DevSecOps standards, an automate-first mindset, and modern technology stacks to deliver secure, effective solutions. The role collaborates closely with stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and project leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that advance our cutomer’s modernization objectives. The Power Platform Developer designs, builds, enhances, tests, deploys, and maintains Microsoft Power Platform solutions that support CDC mission programs. This role contributes to application modernization by developing Power Apps, automating business processes with Power Automate, supporting Dataverse data models, and assisting with integration, testing, and operations. The developer works within Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable, user-centered solutions that meet federal security and accessibility requirements. Technical members of our solutions teams require little guidance, but love to learn, collaborate, and problem solve. This position requires experience and passion for coding, and a strong desire to solve our customers’ unique technology challenges.

Role and Responsibilities: Define solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies.
