Preference for individuals residing in either the Central or Eastern Time Zones (U.S.). Up to 10% travel may be required. Job Overview The Senior Pricing Analyst will lead and support the development, analysis, and maintenance of pricing strategies, while ensuring proposals submittal are compliant with government contracting regulations. This role will gather market data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations based on financial and business insights. Essential Functions - Actively engage with Business Group Leadership and Capture Teams to cultivate effective cost and price strategies - Independently assess DRFP/RFP documentation, identifying the appropriate cost/price strategies and associated tactical approaches - Collaborate with estimators to assemble labor and/or material costs, projecting the impact of pricing changes on revenue/profit, including multiple-outcome business case analysis - Develop cost models and narratives for various contract types in response to request for proposals - Ensure the timely development of multiple pricing submissions often within tight proposal deadlines - Ensuring compliance with Customer and FAR/DFAR Regulatory Requirements - Supporting fact-finding, government audits, customer negotiations, and certifications, while ensuring TINA compliance during all aspects of the proposal process. - Perform strategic and risk-based reviews of other proposals as needed - Coordinate with Pricing Management to prioritize concurrent proposal activities - Prepare for and support color team reviews. - Potential to mentor junior analysts - Perform and support other projects and duties as required.
