## Job description

We are seeking a strategic, technically fluent Sr. Product Manager to join the MeridianLink Mortgage product team — the team behind our mortgage lending origination platform. In this role, you will own a defined area of the mortgage lending experience, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact improvements that matter to the financial institutions and borrowers we serve. Responsibilities: Discovery & Product Delivery

- Own the roadmap for your product area within MeridianLink Mortgage, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, usage analytics, and collaboration with financial institution partners to identify high-value problems worth solving.
- Write crisp, well-reasoned PRDs and user stories that give engineering teams the clarity they need to build with confidence.
- Drive agile delivery ceremonies and maintain a healthy, well-prioritized backlog aligned to team OKRs.
- Define and monitor product KPIs for your area, using data to inform prioritization and demonstrate business impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow PMs on the Mortgage team to ensure coherence across product areas and alignment on platform-level decisions.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance to drive alignment and unblock delivery.
- Serve as the product expert for your domain — representing customer needs internally and translating them into clear requirements.

- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant product management experience.
- Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end — discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
