At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other. Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter. Our mission is to protect life. We’re out to make the world a safer place by solving big problems and taking on the public safety challenges of our time. From our company's inception building TASER devices to a full suite of hardware and software solutions, we are focused on providing police agencies with state-of-the-art devices and services they need to successfully serve and protect us. In the next few years, we're going to eliminate the burden of paperwork in policing, so officers can increase the time they spend building relationships and serving in their communities. We’ll put video at the heart of police records so our justice system can get to the truth faster. And we won't stop innovating until the bullet is rendered obsolete. It’s a big mission, but it’s one we’ll pursue relentlessly every single day. ## YOUR IMPACT As a Senior RF Engineer I, you will lead RF design and integration for assigned products and wireless subsystems, which may include Body-Worn Cameras, in-vehicle systems, wearables, and other next-generation platforms. You will contribute to RF architecture while owning the implementation, integration, validation, and debug of wireless subsystems—from wireless modules to chip-down designs—including RF circuit design, PCB layout, RF routing, impedance matching networks, and antenna feed integration. Your expertise in LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and related wireless technologies will be applied to the hands-on design, validation, and optimization of mission-critical video and communications products serving law enforcement, public safety, and enterprise customers. You will leverage your technical depth, disciplined engineering approach, passion for wireless innovation, and strong ownership mindset to deliver robust, high-performance designs that meet the demanding reliability and coexistence requirements of real-world public safety environments. In addition to leading complex RF circuit designs, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional global engineering teams — spanning industrial design, hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and regulatory — to deliver world-class products at scale. As a senior engineer, you will contribute to RF architecture decisions, share technical knowledge with teammates, and support continuous improvement of RF design and validation practices. This role offers the opportunity to apply and expand your expertise while contributing to technologies that directly enhance public safety, operational effectiveness, and community trust. ## WHAT YOU’LL DO Work Location: This role is based out of our Timisoara Office and follows a hybrid schedule.
