This is not a fully remote position. ## About You - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 6 - 10 years of hands-on product development experience, ideally within SaaS or B2B software environments. - Hands-on experience or deep understanding of building AI agents and integrating complex business workflows into agentic architectures. - Strong skills in backend API development or full-stack engineering. - Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design. - Experience applying low-level design principles in real-world projects. - Familiarity with modern frameworks, IDEs, testing, and documentation best practices. ## About the Team At Zuora, the Milo team solves the Zuora onboarding problem by building agentic solutions to address complex implementation challenges—ranging from understanding user requirements to configurations, data migration, integration, testing, and more.
