As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster. We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI. We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services. If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe. About the Role: We are looking for a Staff Enterprise Technology Administrator, Engineering Systems to serve as the senior technology owner for Crusoe Manufacturing's Engineering Systems domain: the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform, CAD and CAD-PLM integration, and the engineering data that feeds them, with a concentrated focus on engineering data management, bill of materials (BOM) governance, and engineering change management. This is a domain-ownership role, not a help desk, support function, or purely hands-on administration role. You will own the technology strategy across PLM and adjacent engineering platforms, including the multi-year platform roadmap, build-vs-buy decisions, and integration architecture, working in close partnership with stakeholders across Engineering, Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Quality, and in tight coordination with the ERP team to keep the PLM-to-ERP data handoff reliable. The ideal candidate brings deep engineering-systems domain expertise, a strategic and process-oriented mindset, and the communication skills to translate engineering and manufacturing requirements into reliable, well-documented system solutions and to represent the platform to senior stakeholders. You will join at a meaningful moment: as Crusoe stands up its PLM capability and scales manufacturing operations, this role will help build a well-governed foundation across engineering systems (product data, BOM accuracy, CAD integration, and change control) that supports that growth. What You'll Be Working On: - Administer the PLM platform end-to-end, including configuration, lifecycle and workflow states, user and license management, and access controls, maintaining availability, performance, and security for engineering and operations teams. - Own the item/part master and part-numbering framework within PLM (classification, attributes, and revision control) to ensure consistent, high-quality product data. - Configure and govern engineering and manufacturing bills of materials (EBOM/MBOM), including the EBOM-to-MBOM transformation and the structures that feed downstream ERP and production processes. - Administer engineering change management (ECR/ECN/ECO) workflows, configuring routing, approvals, and business rules to enforce disciplined, auditable change control. - Own and maintain the PLM-to-ERP integration for item, BOM, and change data, monitoring sync health, troubleshooting failures, and partnering with the ERP team on data-model alignment. - Own CAD data management and integration (mechanical and electrical) as part of the broader Engineering Systems domain, including CAD-to-PLM check-in/check-out, file relationships, and released-data control. - Manage release upgrades and patches per change management process, including feature impact assessment, regression testing coordination, and sandbox-to-production promotion. - Serve as the senior technology partner to Engineering, Production, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, and Accounting leadership, translating business and manufacturing strategy into Engineering Systems technology direction, and representing the platform in investment and prioritization discussions. - Identify and recommend process and configuration improvements within PLM that drive engineering efficiency, BOM accuracy, and data quality. - Own the PLM ticket queue within the ET team's Jira environment, tracking and resolving system issues, bugs, access requests, and change requests per established SLAs. - Own and drive the multi-year technology roadmap for the Engineering Systems domain, including build-vs-buy evaluations and platform modernization initiatives, and shape the Enterprise Technology team's broader project roadmap in Jira. - Mentor and develop less-senior Enterprise Technology administrators on PLM and engineering-systems platform practices as the team scales, and share institutional platform knowledge across the broader ET team. - Proactively monitor data quality across the platform and execute data cleansing and reconciliation processes to maintain product-data accuracy and integrity. - Develop and maintain system documentation for the PLM platform, capturing configurations, customizations, workflows, and integration designs. - Design and deliver training content and sessions for engineering and manufacturing users to foster adoption and proficiency. - Maintain relevant PLM professional certifications and complete required training to stay current with platform evolution. What You'll Bring to the Team: - 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration, business systems, PLM, or engineering-data roles, with a demonstrated track record of owning a platform domain end-to-end and driving multi-year technology roadmaps. - 4+ years of direct, hands-on experience administering or implementing a PLM platform (Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena, or similar), including experience shaping platform strategy, build-vs-buy decisions, or integration design, beyond executing familiar platform tasks. - Working knowledge of core product-development and manufacturing processes, including BOM management, engineering change control, item/revision management, and the EBOM-to-MBOM handoff into ERP, sufficient to connect patterns across experiences and resolve edge-case platform problems. - Understanding of how PLM data integrates with ERP (item master, BOM, and change data) and why that handoff matters to procurement, inventory, and production. - Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills, able to represent the platform to cross-functional teams and build relationships with business stakeholders and vendors. - Ability to operate independently on familiar platform tasks, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, seeking input proactively on novel or ambiguous situations. - Demonstrated commitment to core company values and the willingness to respectfully give and receive professional feedback. Bonus Points - Active Siemens Teamcenter certification(s), or equivalent certification in another enterprise PLM platform. - Hands-on experience with EBOM/MBOM management and released-data control in an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment. - Hands-on experience administering or integrating with an enterprise ERP platform. - Experience with CAD tools and CAD-PLM integration (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo; or electrical CAD such as AutoCAD Electrical or Eplan). - Exposure to Workato, MuleSoft, or other iPaaS platforms for integration support. - Experience supporting engineering or product-data governance in a SOC 2 or similarly regulated environment. - Experience standing up or scaling a PLM platform at a high-growth manufacturing or infrastructure company. Benefits: - Competitive compensation and equity packages - Restricted Stock Units - Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs - Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance - Employer contributions to HSA account - Paid parental leave - Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability - Professional development & tuition reimbursement - Mental health & wellness support - Commuter benefits (parking & transit) - Cell phone stipend - 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary - Volunteer time off - Global travel insurance & emergency assistance - Daily meals allowance - Additional perks & programs specific to location ## Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $155,000 - $180,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
