About This Role: As Staff Instrumentation and Controls Engineer, Deployment - you will be a deployment and execution lead for the "nervous system" of Crusoe’s hyperscale data centers. You will spearhead the installation and integration of the sophisticated BMS/EPMS and SCADA solutions that allow us to monitor and control our high-performance computing environments with surgical precision. This role is fundamental to Crusoe’s mission: by successfully bringing online and integrating field-level HVAC, electrical, and monitoring infrastructure into a seamless, operational fabric, you ensure our AI-optimized cloud remains resilient, efficient, and scalable from day one. This leadership position demands a technical authority who can bridge the gap between engineering design and on-site field execution. You won't just be maintaining systems; you will be driving complex rollouts, overseeing contractor integration, and implementing the deployment standards and commissioning frameworks that scale our global footprint.
