The Ads Signals & Onboarding team builds the advertising systems and integrations that collect online and offline activity from external sources, connect those signals in a privacy-compliant way, and make them useful across the ads ecosystem. Our platform spans direct and partner-enabled integrations of pixel and CAPI for web & offline data, as well as mobile measurement partners for app data ingestion. We support large-scale ingestion, normalization, retention, and governance so signals can reliably power Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights, and Reporting. Role Description: You will define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for the advertiser-facing products used to onboard and manage signals. You’ll manage expectations regularly with our senior leadership team and set priorities across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Privacy, Legal, and Sales teams. This role is accountable for the most foundational component of Reddit’s performance ads business and will require exceptionally strong product vision and executive communication. Responsibilities: - Define the product vision, strategy, partnerships, and roadmap for the signals from pixel, CAPI, and MMPs. - Advocate a clear, strong vision for the signals space with executives and cross functional teams. - Iterate on advertiser-facing onboarding and signal-management products that make setup, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing management seamless. - Improve the foundation for signal ingestion, normalization, retention, and unified storage. - Strengthen signal quality through robust validation and debugging frameworks that help advertisers and internal teams identify and resolve issues. - Partner with Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights, and Reporting teams to define how signals are activated and the quality thresholds required for each use case. - Define measurable goals for onboarding success, signal quality, coverage, usability, and business outcomes; use data to prioritize the roadmap and improve product performance. Required Qualifications: - 6+ years of Product Management experience with a strong track record of launching and scaling advertising-platform products. - Demonstrated success managing Ad Tech products through the full product lifecycle, including advertiser-facing onboarding or management experiences. - Hands-on product experience with data-connection products such as pixels, CAPI, and MMPs. - Deep understanding of the performance advertising ecosystem. - Working knowledge of advertising data governance, privacy choices, legal compliance, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
