The Role: We are seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer who thrives in building from 0‑1 and driving execution, directly contributing production-level systems across the entire stack while shaping our core product foundation. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to architect, build, and ship the features and services that power F2's AI-driven enterprise analytics platform from user-facing interfaces to the backend systems and AI workflows behind them. What you'll do: - Hands-on product building. Design and implement features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and AI layers. Actively writing production code and shipping real systems, not just specs and diagrams. - Own the technical architecture.
