You write clear RFCs and lead cross-team decisions through influence rather than authority ## NICE TO HAVE: - Application profiling, such as JVM profiling, flame graphs or continuous profiling - Networking within the cloud: VPC design, private connectivity, load balancing, DNS and service mesh - Experience in fintech or regulated financial services, such as SOC 2 or PCI DSS compliance - Cloud security: IAM, workload identity, network policies, pod security and secrets management - A cloud or Kubernetes certification, such as Google Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Solutions Architect or CKA - Experience with Google Cloud, including GKE ## BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Meaningful equity in the form of stock options - 401(k) plan - Discretionary performance bonus program - Biannual performance reviews - Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100% for you and your dependents - Flexible time off and paid holidays - Generous parental leave policy - Commuter benefits - Fitness benefits - Healthcare and Dependent care FSA benefit - Employee Assistance Programs focused on mental health - Healthcare advocacy program for all employees - Access to mental health apps - Team building activities - Our modern NYC based office with open floor plan, stocked kitchen, and catered lunches - ## About Current ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Current is a consumer fintech platform that provides mobile-first banking services—including spending accounts, early paycheck access, credit building, and savings—to help everyday Americans improve their financial outcomes. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series E;
