Primary responsibilities include: - Partner strategically with the sales organization to qualify and shape opportunities by deeply understanding customer environments, challenges, and business drivers. - Lead high-impact technical engagements — including deep-dive discussions, advanced product demonstrations, PoVs/PoCs, and architectural reviews — to showcase the full capabilities of the SentinelOne Singularity Platform. - Serve as a senior subject-matter expert across EDR/XDR, AI Security, Cloud Security, Identity Security, Observability, and SIEM, translating complex concepts into meaningful business and security outcomes. - Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government customers, guiding them in designing, validating, and implementing robust, scalable security architectures, and deliver compelling executive-level presentations tailored to customer priorities. - Own and contribute to RFP/RFI processes, channel customer insights back to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap direction, and mentor junior and mid-level SEs to drive technical excellence across the wider team.
