C'est quoi l'équipe Produit Poker ? Notre mission est de concevoir et faire évoluer l'expérience poker chez Winamax. Nous définissons la roadmap produit, aussi bien pour les nouvelles fonctionnalités (Reveal, Moods, Shots, Winamax Legends...) que pour les grands projets structurants de l'application (refonte des lobbys, nouveaux parcours utilisateurs, nouvelles variantes de jeu, etc.).

## A PROPOS DU POSTE

Ton grand défi sera d'imaginer une solution innovante pour améliorer l'expérience des nouveaux joueurs. Un objectif ambitieux que tu concrétiseras grâce à l'apprentissage progressif de notre métier et de nos méthodes. Ce que tu vas apprendre : L'un de nos principaux enjeux est de lever les barrières à l'entrée et de proposer une expérience utilisateur fluide et engageante, capable de renforcer l'attractivité de notre application et de maximiser la rétention des nouveaux utilisateurs. Dès ton arrivée, tu seras pleinement intégré aux réflexions menées sur les projets les plus stratégiques de l'équipe (refonte de parties de l'application, nouvelles fonctionnalités, nouveaux parcours joueurs...). Au fil du stage, tu seras progressivement associé à leur conception et gagneras en autonomie dans leur pilotage.

Tu seras notamment amené à : Participer aux phases de discovery et aux ateliers de réflexion avec les équipes Produit et UI/UX Participer à la définition des fonctionnalités, aux arbitrages et à la priorisation des solutions Participer aux réflexions autour de la roadmap produit Suivre le développement avec les équipes techniques Participer aux recettes et à la validation d'un projet avant son lancement Découvrir toutes les étapes de conception d'un produit digital, de l'idée jusqu'à sa mise entre les mains de plusieurs centaines de milliers de joueurs.

Ce que tu vas accomplir : Au fil du stage, tu seras donc progressivement intégré au processus de définition et de pilotage de nos projets produits. Cette montée en compétence te conduira à ton projet de fin de stage : repenser et optimiser l'expérience d'accueil et d'intégration du nouveau joueur. Ton objectif : t'appuyer sur l'identification des barrières à l'entrée et l'analyse des faiblesses de notre application pour concevoir, en collaboration avec un UI/UX Designer, une solution capable d'augmenter durablement la rétention des nouveaux joueurs sur notre application. Tu seras amené à rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles pour les développeurs, suivre le développement et assurer la recette ainsi que la mise en production de ton projet.

## PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Tu es étudiant en Bac+5 (école de commerce, marketing, management ou formation équivalente) et tu recherches un stage de fin d'études avec de vraies responsabilités.

Joueur dans l’âme, tu possèdes une bonne expérience du poker en ligne et tu connais l'environnement concurrentiel. Tu possèdes un compte joueur chez nous et/ou chez nos concurrents, ce qui te permet d'analyser nos offres avec un regard critique de joueur et de comprendre finement les tendances, les attentes et les comportements des joueurs.

Ce stage est pensé comme un tremplin : sous réserve d'une montée en compétences réussie et de la qualité de tes réalisations, une opportunité au sein de l'équipe pourra t'être proposée.
