Missions En soutien direct à la chargée de communication, vous interviendrez sur un large spectre de missions : Création de contenus - Création de visuels sur Canva - Montage de courtes vidéos dynamiques pour les réseaux sociaux (reels, stories, teasers, formats événementiels) - Rédaction de posts pour valoriser les speakers, partenaires et écosystèmes (recherche, industrie, tech, innovation…) - Déclinaison des contenus selon les temps forts du projet (annonces, teasing, live event, post-event) Community management - Programmation et modération des publications sur LinkedIn - Veille et participation à l’animation des communautés - Suivi des performances des contenus et remontée d’insights Partenariats & diffusion - Suivi des échanges liés aux contreparties partenaires (visibilité, posts, formats dédiés) - Création et envoi de mailings marketing Post-événement - Tri et sélection des photos - Rédaction des posts de remerciement et de valorisation - Vérification et mise en ligne des replays - Aide à l’organisation des retours d’expérience (REX) Contribution à la réflexion stratégique - Participation aux réflexions autour de la stratégie de contenus et de la ligne éditoriale - Brainstorming sur de nouveaux formats de contenus et de nouveaux canaux de communication Contribution à la réflexion sur - la mise en place d’un rétroplanning éditorial - la structuration de packages de communication pour les partenaires Le ou la stagiaire sera force de proposition et impliqué·e dans la réflexion, les décisions finales relevant de la responsable communication.
