Chez Artefact Adopt AI, nous concevons et organisons des [hackathons d'innovation](https://adoptai.artefact.com/content/hackathons) sur des enjeux technologiques et sociétaux majeurs. Notre objectif, en lien avec des grands acteurs publics et privés : réunir étudiants, développeurs, entrepreneurs, chercheurs et experts métiers pour faire émerger, en quelques jours, des idées et des prototypes concrets répondant à des problématiques réelles.

Du 2 au 4 décembre 2026, nos hackathons s'installeront au Grand Palais lors d'[Adopt AI](https://adoptai.artefact.com/), le plus grand salon européen dédié à l'IA, rassemblant des milliers de participants.

Pour nous accompagner dans la communication et l'organisation de nos hackathons – avant, pendant et après Adopt AI, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Communication & Événementiel.

Tes missions

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe et sous la responsabilité de la responsable communication et événementielle, tes missions couvriront les deux piliers majeurs de nos projets :

1. Communication & Contenus

- Création de supports visuels : Conception de visuels, kits de communication, newsletters, publications LinkedIn, supports print (kakémonos, signalétique, fonds de stand, goodies).
- Rédaction & Animation : Rédaction des supports destinés aux participants, intervenants, sponsors et clients. Animation des canaux de communication.
- Valorisation événementielle : Mise à jour des pages web/présentations et médiatisation des hackathons et temps forts (avant, pendant et après l'événement).

1. Gestion & Production Événementielle

Pré-événement :

- Coordination avec les différents prestataires (lieu, catering, scénographie, mobilier) et gestion des commandes / goodies.
- Participation à la construction des documents supports (planning événementiel, agendas/déroulés, staffing, briefs des prestataires).
- Aide à la gestion et au suivi budgétaire

Jour J (Pendant l'événement) :

- Présence sur site pour épauler la régie et l'équipe de production.
- Coordination logistique des prestataires, flux et livraisons.
- Accueil et garantie de la meilleure expérience possible pour les participants, sponsors et VIPs.

Post-événement :

- Suivi du démontage, retours logistiques, bilan budgétaire et facturation.
- Communication post-événement

Roadmap indicative de ton stage

- Sept. : Prise en main des outils, préparation et lancement des premières actions de com
- Oct. : Intensification de la com & lancement de la logistique événementielle
- Nov. : Rush Pré-event (com intensive & dernier sprint de l’organisation opérationnelle)
- Déc. : Jour J au Grand Palais (présence sur le terrain, gestion live de l’événement)
- Janv. – Fév. : Bilan, REX, valorisation post-event & continuation des projets comm/event

Profil recherché

- Formation : Étudiant(e) en Master (Bac+4/5) en Communication, Événementiel, Marketing ou École de Commerce.

- Outils & Compétences :
- Canva : Maîtrise avancée indispensable.
- Suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Montage Vidéo : Un véritable plus.
- Outils bureautiques & collaboratifs : Suite Google / Microsoft, Klaxoon, etc.

- Langues : Qualités rédactionnelles parfaites et orthographe irréprochable en Français et Anglais (environnement bilingue).

- Qualités personnelles :
- Rigueur & organisation : Capable de gérer un budget, un planning et des tâches logistiques avec soin.
- Créativité & sens esthétique : Force de proposition sur les visuels et concepts.
- Relationnel & esprit d'équipe : Aisance pour échanger avec des interlocuteurs variés (chefs de projet, prestataires, partenaires, clients).
- Autonomie & réactivité : Capacité à avancer sur plusieurs sujets en parallèle dans un environnement dynamique.
