(Stage) Assistant PM Design d’Expérience Hackathons & Innovation - F/H

Notre mission ? Connecter et faire collaborer un écosystème d'acteurs clés — étudiants, experts Tech et métiers, décideurs, startups, chercheurs — autour des technologies actuelles et de demain : IA, Robotique, Quantique…

En tant que Project Manager & Design d'Expérience, tu es l'architecte méthodologique de nos programmes et évènements. Ton rôle est de concevoir le parcours de nos expériences de A à Z (de l’idéation au prototypage jusqu’au pitch final) et de bâtir le cadre d’intelligence collective qui permettra aux participants de transformer des défis technologiques complexes en prototypes réels et à fort impact.

🚀 Tes défis au quotidien

Concevoir des expériences qui marquent

- Imaginer et adapter nos hackathons, ateliers et formations aux enjeux de chaque client.
- Construire les déroulés : activités, timing, consignes, icebreakers.
- Créer les supports qui font vivre l’expérience : canevas, cartes, guides, visuels.
- Inventer des cas d’usage et des challenges autour de l’IA générative.

Animer et transmettre

- Animer ou co-animer des ateliers et des formations.
- Tirer de chaque atelier des enseignements clairs et utiles pour nos clients.

Piloter des projets

- Gérer tes projets de A à Z : planning, coordination avec les clients et les sponsors, suivi.
- Participer à l’organisation de nos hackathons et à nos projets internes.

Prototyper en mode hackathon

- Donner vie aux idées des équipes avec des maquettes et des prototypes.
- Aider les équipes à construire des pitchs percutante

🤖 Ta mission bonus : AI Playground. Tu testes et intègres des solutions IA/tech pour booster nos propres process et enrichir l'expérience des participants.

👤 Ton profil

- Parcours : Fin d'études (Master 2) en École de design, Double cursus Design × Management / Innovation, ou Master spécialisé en Ingénierie de l’innovation.
- Mindset :
- Tu es passionné(e) par le Design Thinking, l’intelligence collective et la pédagogie par le faire.
- Tu sais structurer la pensée d'un groupe et as un excellent relationnel pour échanger avec des profils variés (du dev à l'expert métier).
- Tu as une appétence forte pour l'innovation, l'écosystème Tech/IA, la gestion de projet et d'événements.
- Outils & Facilitation : Tu maîtrises les outils collaboratifs (Mural/Klaxoon/Miro), de création rapide (Canva, Figma) et tu emplois des outils IA au quotidien (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable etc.).
- Langues : Français et Anglais courants (contexte international).
