En tant qu’Assistant Project Manager, tu co-pilotes ces programmes immersifs de A à Z pour faire émerger des prototypes et solutions, répondant à des problématiques réelles d’aujourd’hui et du futur.

🚀 Tes défis au quotidien

- Gestion et suivi de projet : Tu participes à la création et au suivi des supports de pilotage, ainsi qu’à la gestion des jalons clés de nos expériences.
- Coordination : Tu assures une communication et une coordination fluides entre tous les acteurs du projet.
- Sourcing & Animation digitale : Tu pilotes le recrutement des participants, le ciblage des experts (mentors, jurys) et l'animation de nos plateformes en ligne.
- Orchestration J-J : Tu gères la logistique des temps forts et participes activement à la facilitation, animation et à la coordination générale le Jour-J.
- Production de Livrables : Tu conçois les supports de communication (slides, briefs, kits) et structures les synthèses post-événements pour valoriser nos réalisations.

🤖 Ta mission bonus : AI Playground. Tu testes et intègres des solutions IA/tech pour booster nos propres process et enrichir l'expérience des participants.

👤 Ton profil

- Parcours : Fin d'études (Master 2) en École de commerce, Ingénieur, Université, IEP, Master Innovation, Management, Gestion de Projet.
- Mindset : Tu as une vraie rigueur d'organisation, excellent relationnel, autonomie et force de proposition. Tu as une appétence forte pour l'innovation, l'écosystème Tech/IA, la gestion d'événements.
- Outils : Tu sais opérer Canva, des outils visuels (Klaxoon/Mural), Lemlist et tu joues souvent avec des outils d'IA Générative (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc.).
- Langues : Français et Anglais courants (contexte international).
