Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Master avec une forte appétence pour les relations publiques et internationales ? Vous avez des compétences en gestion de projet ?

Votre mission

Dynamiser et développer nos événements phares et nos écosystèmes IA en assurant un rôle central de coordination et de relations publiques/internationales.

Adopt AI est un sommet mondial de référence sur l'adoption de l'IA. Se tenant en décembre au Grand Palais, il est l'aboutissement de 9 ans d'expertise et rassemble l'ensemble de nos verticales IA : AI for Health, AI for Finance, AI for Industry, et bien d'autres.

Vos missions & défis

Relations publiques, internationales & développement des contacts

- Veille régulière sur les différentes entités de notre écosystème (institutionnels, entreprises, experts, médias)
- Identification et recherche de nouveaux contacts stratégiques
- Rédaction d'invitations et de prises de contact personnalisées
- Mise à jour et enrichissement de nos documents de travail et bases de données
- Rédaction d'éléments de communication (posts, newsletters, briefs, supports de présentation)
- Réalisation d’une cartographie de nos contacts & parties prenantes à l’étranger

Gestion de projet & transversal

- Support à l’organisation de nos évènements tout au long de l’année
- Suivi du plan d'action, participation aux comités de pilotage, suivi des supports, appui logistique
- Aide à la rédaction de notes stratégiques suite à l’organisation d’ateliers de réflexion divers
- Contribution à la gestion des relations avec nos partenaires (grands groupes, startups, institutions)
- Suivi et mise à jour des outils et documents de travail partagés

Votre profil

- Étudiant(e) en fin d'études Bac+5 / Master 2 (Bac+4 accepté selon profil)
- Formation en école de commerce, de management ou d'ingénierie avec forte dominante gestion de projet : HEC Paris, ESSEC, ESCP Business School, EM Lyon, Centrale Paris / CentraleSupélec, SKEMA, IAE Paris-Sorbonne, Paris Dauphine — PSL
- Appétence pour l'IA, l'innovation, l’événementiel
- Connaissances de l'écosystème IA appréciées
- Première expérience en gestion de projet ou événementiel bienvenue
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est obligatoire
