Organisé au Grand Palais à Paris, l’événement réunira plus de 25 000 participants, 500 intervenants et 250 exposants. Missions En soutien direct à la chargée de communication et au sein du pôle événementiel & communication, vous interviendrez sur un large spectre de missions : Création de contenus - Réalisation de visuels sur Canva - Création de courtes vidéos dynamiques pour les réseaux sociaux (formats reels, stories, teasers, etc.) - Rédaction de posts pour les speakers, les partenaires et les écosystèmes (sur nos différentes verticales: finance, santé, sport, etc.) Mailings & diffusion - Rédaction et envoi de mailings marketing ciblés - Contribution à la diffusion des contenus auprès des différents écosystèmes (entreprises, institutions, startups, IA) Partenariats - Appui au suivi des contreparties partenaires Community Management - Programmation et modération des publications sur nos réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn: 7 comptes) - Veille et participation à l’animation des communautés Partenariats & diffusion - Suivi des échanges des contreparties partenaires - Création et envoi de mailings marketing aux différents écosystèmes (finance, health, sport, tech…) Post-événement - Tri et sélection des photos - Rédaction des posts de remerciement et de valorisation - Vérification et mise en ligne des replays - Aide à l’organisation des retours d’expérience (REX) Le ou la stagiaire sera force de proposition et impliqué·e dans la réflexion, les décisions finales relevant de la responsable communication.
