## Job description

Au sein de Doctolib, vous contribuerez au lancement de Doctolib Parents, une nouvelle offre pensée pour accompagner les parents avec des contenus utiles et une expérience communautaire structurée. En tant que stagiaire Community Engagement (Social & CRM), vous aiderez à concevoir et opérer les programmes d’engagement qui créeront les premiers rituels de la communauté, tout en soutenant les communications autour de nos temps forts (notamment les masterclasses). Votre travail aura un impact direct sur la notoriété, la considération et l’usage de Doctolib Parents dès ses premières semaines de vie.

Vos missions Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à :

- Concevoir et animer des programmes d’engagement (formats récurrents, sondages, Q&A, challenges, themed weeks) sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Assurer la gestion et modération des interactions (commentaires/DMs), appliquer les guidelines et escalader les sujets sensibles.
- Contribuer aux activations CRM (newsletter/push/in‑app): rédaction de drafts, modules, recommandations de cadence, participation à des tests.
- Piloter la communication autour des masterclasses (tease → rappel → snippets → recap) et la déclinaison multi‑canal.
- Produire rapidement des contenus et templates via Canva, et mettre en place des boucles de feedback via Typeform (collecte + synthèse + recommandations).

- Vous écrivez de manière claire, concise et empathique, et vous savez vulgariser.
- Vous comprenez les mécaniques d’engagement (hooks, cadence, formats interactifs, rétention).
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et à l’aise avec des rituels opérationnels (calendrier, checklists, publishing).
- Vous maîtrisez Canva et vous savez produire des assets propres et on‑brand rapidement.
- Vous avez un bon jugement et êtes à l’aise avec la modération et des sujets sensibles.

Ce serait fantastique si :

- Vous avez déjà utilisé Typeform (logique, routing, bonnes pratiques de questionnaires).
- Vous avez une première exposition à des outils CRM (newsletter/push/in‑app) ou à l’A/B testing.
- Vous avez une première expérience en community management (asso, média, marque, projet perso) dans le domaine de la parentalité.
