L'équipe FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) recherche un·e stagiaire pour un stage de 6 mois afin de contribuer au reporting financier et au support stratégique de Doctolib. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec une équipe de 6 personnes et auras l'opportunité de découvrir l'ensemble des activités de l'équipe. Vos missions En tant que FP&A Analyst, vous serez intégré·e à l'équipe FP&A et travaillerez sur des missions diversifiées touchant au pilotage financier de Doctolib. Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à : - Clôtures mensuelles et reporting financier : contribuer aux clôtures comptables mensuelles, préparation du reporting groupe mensuel pour le COMEX et contribution au deck trimestriel à destination du Board - Support au pilotage stratégique : assister à la préparation des présentations pour les différents membres du COMEX et assurer le suivi des KPIs opérationnels via nos outils de BI (Tableau et Metabase) - Suivi du budget : suivre les hypothèses budgétaires, participer à la construction des forecasts trimestriels et accompagner les équipes opérationnelles - Optimisation des process de reporting (recours à l’IA pour fiabiliser et améliorer nos process) - Missions ad-hoc sur divers sujets financiers Les qualités attendues pour ce poste Avant de poursuivre votre lecture, si vous n'avez pas le profil exact décrit ci-dessous, mais que vous pensez que cette description de poste correspond à vos compétences et à vos aspirations, nous vous encourageons tout de même à postuler.
