Contexte L'offre de paris sportifs chez Winamax repose sur le traitement en temps réel de flux massifs de données et l'ajustement continu de probabilités. Pour garantir la cohérence entre les cotes et l'exposition financière de Winamax, l'analyse automatisée des mouvements de marché, du volume des mises et des activités atypiques est devenue un enjeu stratégique.

La question à laquelle doit répondre le stage : Comment détecter algorithmiquement les incohérences de probabilités et les volumes atypiques en temps réel pour fournir un Indice de Confiance fiable, capable d'assister la prise de décision ?

Objectifs du stage

- Modéliser la cohérence des cotes et un Indice de Confiance : Concevoir des modèles statistiques pour repérer les décalages de probabilités et évaluer en temps réel la fiabilité des activités à fort volume, en croisant la notoriété de l'événement et son historique
- Intégrer le module au cœur de l'outil trading existant : Développer une brique algorithmique performante qui s'interface directement avec l'application métier des traders, afin d'enrichir leurs outils
- Validation & mesure de performance (Backtesting) : Tester et calibrer les modèles sur des historiques massifs de données pour maximiser leur précision, minimiser les fausses alertes et mesurer l'impact réel de l'outil sur l'activité

Les points d'attention

- Temps réel et faible latence : capacité à traiter des flux à haute fréquence (milliers d'actualisations et d'activités par seconde) sans ralentir la réactivité des outils
- Volume de données et backtesting : manipulation de séries temporelles complexes et capacité à tester/ajuster les modèles sur des bases historiques de plusieurs millions de lignes
- Précision du ciblage (taux de faux positifs) : nécessité d'ajuster finement les seuils statistiques pour remonter des signaux réellement pertinents sans engorger l'outil d'alertes inutiles
