À propos du poste Nous cherchons des stagiaires en IA et en science des données pour se joindre à notre équipe et contribuer à des projets appliqués. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe sur de vrais problèmes de clients, de l'exploration des données à l'expérimentation d'idées, jusqu'à la présentation de tes résultats.

Nous sommes spécialisés en santé et dans les industries réglementées, mais nos projets ne se limitent pas toujours à ces domaines. Selon les besoins, tu pourrais travailler sur une variété de problèmes en science des données.

Ton travail consistera à :

- Traduire des problèmes d'affaires en travail analytique
- Explorer des données et concevoir des solutions basées sur l'IA
- Utiliser des outils d'IA pour travailler efficacement, tout en évaluant la qualité des résultats
- Concevoir des expériences et des cadres d'évaluation pour mesurer la performance et la valeur concrète
- Documenter ton travail et partager tes constats avec l'équipe
- Collaborer avec les ingénieurs et les consultants pour transformer ton travail en solutions pour nos clients

À propos de toi Nous cherchons un ou une étudiante passionnée par la science des données et l'IA, qui aime creuser les problèmes et apprendre en faisant.

Nous voulons que tu postules si tu :

- As un fort intérêt pour la science des données, l'IA et leurs applications concrètes
- Es à l'aise d'expérimenter, d'analyser des résultats et de tirer des conclusions à partir de données
- Aimes travailler sur des problèmes complexes qui allient recherche et contraintes pratiques
- Es autonome, rigoureux ou rigoureuse, curieux ou curieuse et à l'aise dans un environnement itératif

Points bonis si tu :

- T'intéresses à la santé ou à d'autres industries complexes et réglementées
- Aimes rédiger de la documentation ou des rapports clairs
- T'intéresses à l'ingénierie de l'IA ou as de l'expérience dans ce domaine
- As de l'expérience en technologie financière (fintech)

## About the role

We're looking for AI and Data Science Interns to join our team and help with applied projects. You'll work closely with our team on real client problems, from exploring data to testing ideas and sharing what you find.

We specialize in healthcare and regulated industries, but not every project falls within these domains. Depending on project needs, you may work on a variety of data science problems.

Your work will consist of:

- Translating  business problems into analytical work
- Exploring data and building AI-driven solutions
- Using AI tools to work efficiently while evaluating the quality of the outputs
- Designing experiments and evaluation frameworks measuring performance and real-world value
- Documenting your work and sharing findings with the team
- Collaborating with engineers and consultants to turn your work into solutions for clients

## About you

We're looking for a student with a strong interest in data science and AI who enjoys digging into problems and learning by doing.

We want you to apply if you:

- Have a strong interest in data science and AI and their real-world applications
- Are comfortable experimenting, analyzing results, and drawing conclusions from data
- Enjoy working on complex problems that combine research with practical constraints
- Are autonomous, rigorous, curious, and comfortable working in an iterative environment

Bonus points if you:

- Have an interest in healthcare or other complex, regulated industries
- Enjoy writing clear documentation or reports
- Are interested or have experience in AI engineering
- Have experience in fintech
