Deine Rolle:

Factor_, eine Marke von HelloFresh, sucht für den Standort in Verden einen Gabelstaplerfahrer oder eine Gabelstaplerfahrerin (m/w/d/x). Gemeinsam mit Teams aus anderen Bereichen bist Du verantwortlich für die Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung und dem Versand unserer beliebten verzehrfertigen Mahlzeiten.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Be- und Entladung von Lastkraftwagen sowie den innerbetrieblichen Transport von Lebensmitteln und Verpackungsmaterialien.
- Du bestückst die Warenbereitstellung für die Produktion.
- Du transportierst palettierte Waren zu den Ladebuchten für abholende Lastkraftwagen.
- Du buchst präzise jede Materialbewegung mittels Handscanner.
- Du hältst konsequent die spezifischen Vorgaben im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln ein.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Produktivität und Fehlervermeidung im eigenen Arbeitsbereich.
- Du stellst zuverlässig die Versorgung der Produktion mit Lebensmittel-Paletten oder -Kisten sicher.

Dein Profil:

- Du hast einen Staplerschein und bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit Staplern mit.
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Eine Belehrung nach § 43 Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG) – ehemals Gesundheitszeugnis – ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung. Falls nicht vorhanden, übernehmen wir die Organisation und Kosten.
- Du bist bereit, in einem Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten - auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen.
- Du bist bereit, in wechselnden Temperaturbereichen zwischen 4 °C und 26 °C zu arbeiten.
- Du bringst die körperliche Belastbarkeit mit, um Produkte mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 10 kg (selten auch bis zu 23 kg)  zu heben.
- Ein sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und die Einhaltung entsprechender Vorschriften sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, ein Grundverständnis für Qualitätsmerkmale von Lebensmitteln und bringst Gewissenhaftigkeit bei der Prüfung von Produkten mit.
