Kinstead helps experienced Nurse Practitioners across Connecticut start their own independent practices, with the support to make it actually doable.

This isn’t a traditional NP job. You’ll own your practice, choose the patients you want to serve, and decide what you want your schedule to look like. We’ll help you build the infrastructure around it.
