Unser Ziel ist radikal: Steuerberatung komplett neu denken - einfacher, schneller und transparenter für Mandanten und Kanzleiteam zugleich. Wo andere Kanzleien mit manuellen Prozessen, langen Wartezeiten und intransparenter Kommunikation kämpfen, bauen wir ein völlig neues Erlebnis - digital, proaktiv, KI-gestützt. Wir sind ein erfahrenes Gründerteam aus Kanzleimanagern und Unternehmern mit einem Exit-Track-Record von 140 Mio. € und suchen in der Frühphase unserer VC-finanzierten Gründung ambitionierte Persönlichkeiten, die gemeinsam mit uns eine der führenden Kanzleien Deutschlands aufbauen.

Aufgaben

- Vorbehaltsaufgaben & Qualitätssicherung: Du verantwortest steuerliche Kernleistungen - unterstützt durch modernste KI- und Automatisierungstools, die Routine minimieren und Tiefe ermöglichen.
- Mandantenbetreuung: Du richtest neue Mandanten ein, begleitest sie langfristig und baust nachhaltige Beziehungen auf.
- Leistungsportfolio-Entwicklung: Du entwickelst unser Angebot aktiv weiter - mit Fokus auf digitale Beratungsleistungen, eng verzahnt mit Tech & Operations.
- Kanzleiübernahmen: Du begleitest die Auswahl und Integration übernommener Kanzleien und bringst dabei steuerliche Expertise und Urteilsvermögen ein.
- Wachstumsstrategie: Du gestaltest unsere Wachstumsagenda mit - durch Mandantenakquise und strategische Impulse aus der steuerlichen Praxis.

Qualifikation

- Fachliche Exzellenz: Bestandenes Steuerberaterexamen und nachgewiesene fachliche Tiefe - du bist sattelfest in deiner Kernkompetenz.
- Unternehmerisches Mindset: Du denkst in Möglichkeiten, nicht in Grenzen. Du willst Dinge aufbauen, nicht nur verwalten.
- Aufbauerfahrung: Erfahrung im Kanzleiaufbau oder in der Weiterentwicklung steuerlicher Leistungen - idealerweise in einem wachstumsorientierten Umfeld.
- Mandantenkompetenz: Nachgewiesene Erfolge im Aufbau und Management von Mandantenbeziehungen und Steuerteams.
