Professional Qualifications Education High School or equivalent ## Experience - Some evidence that demonstrates an aptitude to kit jobs according to written procedures and verbal direction. - General Manufacturing and/or stockroom experience is preferred but not required. Position Responsibilities Specific - Pick, organize, and prepare components for production jobs. - Assemble kits according to work orders and bills of materials (BOMs) - Verify part numbers, quantities and revisions. - Ensure kits are complete and delivered to production on schedule. - Maintain a clean and organized kitting area. - Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs. from UPS or FedEx truck etc., - Detail oriented when receiving Packing Slips and shipping documents. - Organize material, verifying quantities, lot tracking, receiving material into Syteline and shelving the material using FIFO guidelines. - Communicate to various groups and individuals when packages have arrived. Problem solving issues with shipments. Labelling and stocking the shelves according to FIFO guidelines. Filling Job Order shorts from the Short Board. - Other duties as assigned by Supervisor - Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory - Maintain accurate stock levels - Report low inventory or shortages - Help with stock rotation and material traceability General - Documents actions by completing appropriate Manufacturing and Quality documentation. - Maintains supply inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level and expiry.
