## Job description

We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive, a senior individual contributor who owns and drives our sales strategy and execution. This is a hunter-and-farmer role: you'll build new business, run complex enterprise sales cycles end to end, and grow the accounts you land into long-term, high-value relationships.

## Our Team

The sales team is the front line of the company's growth. You'll be the one bringing GoodData.AI into new accounts, showing prospects what's possible when AI-powered analytics is built directly into their product, and proving that AI insights only work if the data underneath is governed and trustworthy. You'll turn that first conversation into a long-term customer relationship.

If you join us, you will

- Run the full deal cycle on high-value inbound and outbound opportunities, from first conversation to signed contract.
- Consistently exceed targets by generating new business and building sustainable, repeatable growth.
- Lead executive-level conversations, translating complex data-analytics goals and business challenges into a clear commercial solution.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales cycles with confidence and independence.
- Act as true account owner, not just the commercial contact, driving renewals, upsells, cross-sell, and migration opportunities.
- Forecast accurately and proactively manage risk so quota attainment is never a surprise.
- Build our presence in the region through events, in-person meetings, and targeted outbound initiatives.

## Who we are looking for

- A true senior with several years of full-cycle B2B/SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into data, analytics, or technical buyers.
- A closer who loves the process: prospecting, negotiating, and getting to yes.
- Someone who is fully self-sufficient, sets their own plan and holds themselves accountable.
- Confidence running executive conversations and navigating enterprise procurement, legal, and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- A genuine commercial drive, you track your number, you want to win, and closing business energizes you.
- Fluent English, any additional languages is a plus. Ideally German, Dutch or French.
- Based in or willing to work from Prague.
