We are backed by Khosla Ventures, Founders Fund, and General Catalyst. ## ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an exceptional Strategic Finance Lead to join our team as a right-hand partner to our Head of Finance and Department Leads. In this critical role, you'll help drive our next phase of growth by supporting strategic decision-making and leading key financial and operational initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance in a fast-moving, mission-driven company. ## RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner closely with the Head of Finance and CEO to drive strategic financial planning, decision-making, and fundraising efforts - Support the development and execution of financial strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives, especially across GTM and Operations - Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across areas such as business expansion, pricing and packaging and capital efficiency - Drive financial discipline across the organization, ensuring accuracy in all financial data and operations - Track and optimize key operating metrics including revenue retention, profitability margins, and unit economics ## WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 4 - 6 years in investment banking, consulting, private equity, growth equity, venture capital or strategic finance at a high-growth startup - Exceptional work ethic and bias toward action - Relentless attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Proactive mindset with strong business judgment - Direct communication style with ability to drive results through influence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with startup hours ## SALARY RANGE DETAILS: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, with a highly competitive equity package.
