À propos du poste Dans un contexte de forte croissance et de montée en cadence industrielle, nous recherchons un(e) Superviseur de Production pour piloter une équipe d’environ 20 opérateurs sur une ou plusieurs lignes de production. Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Production, vous êtes responsable de la performance quotidienne de votre périmètre : sécurité, qualité, délais et productivité. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la structuration d’un environnement industriel exigeant, mêlant technologies avancées, forte cadence et amélioration continue.

Vos responsabilités

Management d’équipe

- Encadrer, animer et développer une équipe d’environ 20 opérateurs
- Assurer la montée en compétences et l’engagement de l’équipe
- Organiser les ressources en fonction du plan de production
- Instaurer un climat de travail exigeant et bienveillant

Pilotage de la production

- Exécuter le plan de production quotidien et hebdomadaire
- Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs de sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais (SQCD)
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (TRS, rendement, scrap, etc.)
- Réagir rapidement aux aléas et coordonner les actions correctives

Amélioration continue

- Identifier les pertes de performance et proposer des actions d’amélioration
- Participer à la résolution de problèmes (méthodes type QRQC, 5 pourquoi…)
- Contribuer à la standardisation des processus
- Être acteur de la mise en place d’une culture Lean

Sécurité & qualité

- Garantir le respect strict des règles de sécurité
- Assurer la conformité des produits et des processus
- Promouvoir une culture de rigueur et d’excellence opérationnelle

Profil recherché

- Formation technique (Bac+2 à Bac+5)
- Expérience en production industrielle (3 à 8 ans idéalement)
- Première expérience réussie en management d’équipe
- Forte culture terrain et orientation résultats
- Capacité à gérer un environnement dynamique et exigeant
