## Job description

## RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:

- Gestão da equipe de vendas
- Supervisionar e acompanhar diariamente a equipe de vendedores outbound.
- Atribuir metas individuais e coletivas, acompanhar o cumprimento e garantir a performance esperada.
- Fornecer feedback contínuo e realizar sessões de coaching.
- Estratégia comercial e cumprimento de objetivos
- Garantir que a equipe atinja as metas de vendas semanais e mensais.
- Definir junto com a gerência as estratégias de prospecção e fechamento de clientes.
- Monitorar métricas de conversão e eficiência nas ligações.
- Treinamento e capacitação
- Capacitar a equipe no uso do CRM (HubSpot).Treinar em técnicas de vendas por telefone, manejo de objeções e negociação.
- Gestão de CRM
- Garantir o uso correto e completo do CRM (HubSpot).
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na gestão de leads.
- Contribuição para a cultura da equipe
- Motivar a equipe e fomentar um ambiente positivo e competitivo.
- Reconhecer conquistas individuais e coletivas.
- Promover disciplina e comprometimento com os resultados.

## REQUISITOS:

- Liderança de equipes de vendas – experiência em supervisionar e motivar vendedores outbound.
- Gestão de CRM (idealmente HubSpot)
- Conhecimento em vendas outbound B2B – experiência em ligações frias e fechamento de negócios por telefone.
- Orientação para resultados (KPIs e metas) – capacidade de analisar métricas e garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos.
- Comunicação clara e persuasiva – tanto com a equipe quanto com clientes.Capacidade de treinamento e desenvolvimento de talentos – formar e aprimorar as habilidades dos consultores.
- Organização e gestão de processos – garantir que os fluxos de vendas e acompanhamento sejam cumpridos.
- Adaptabilidade e pensamento analítico – ajustar estratégias conforme feedback e resultados.
- Desejável: Espanhol – não é indispensável, mas é um diferencial para colaborar com outras equipes.
