Als Kitchen Supervisor (m/w/d/x) bist du die wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Production Associates und dem Kitchen Area Manager (m/w/d/x). Du unterstützt den reibungslosen Ablauf in deiner Küchenabteilung, stellst die Einhaltung von Prozessen und Standards sicher und sorgst dafür, dass dein Team die bestmöglichen Rahmenbedingungen für eine effiziente und sichere Arbeit hat. Mit deinem Blick fürs Detail, deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deiner Hands-on-Mentalität trägst du entscheidend zum Erfolg unserer täglichen Produktion bei.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

- Du unterstützt beim reibungslosen Betrieb einer Küchenabteilung und sorgst dafür, dass alle Abläufe effizient und zuverlässig funktionieren.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards sicher (IfSG, HACCP, ArbSchG).
- Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch (Lagerung, Rotation, Präsentation, Temperaturmessungen) und dokumentierst Ergebnisse sorgfältig.
- Du überwachst die Nutzung von Geräten und Materialien und achtest auf deren einwandfreien Zustand.
- Du arbeitest aktiv an Prozessverbesserungen und unterstützt unternehmensweite Initiativen.
- Du dokumentierst Leistungskennzahlen, führst visuelle Kontrollen durch und gibst Feedback an den Area Manager (m/w/d/x).
- Du priorisierst Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft und unterstützt dein Team dabei, auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten.
- Du wirkst beim Unfall- und Vorfallmanagement mit und stellst sicher, dass Vorgaben zum Arbeitsschutz eingehalten werden.
- Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner für Production Associates und leitest Informationen klar und zuverlässig weiter.

Dein Profil:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion, Gastronomie oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in Lebensmittelhygiene und Kühlkettenmanagement mit und hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und detailorientiert und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Organisation und Logistik.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit IT-Systemen (z. B. MSKU, Redzone) und GSuite.
- Du bist lösungsorientiert, flexibel und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
- Du fühlst dich in unterschiedlichen Küchenumgebungen wohl – ob heiß, kühl oder kalt.
