## DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Du stellst die Qualität unserer Lieferanten sicher und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter, um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards langfristig zu gewährleisten.
- Du qualifizierst, bewertest und entwickelst Lieferanten systematisch weiter und unterstützt den Einkauf bei der Auswahl und Freigabe neuer Partner aus Qualitätsgesichtspunkten.
- Du planst und führst Lieferantenaudits sowie Prozessbewertungen durch, um die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsanforderungen sicherzustellen.
- Du verantwortest das Reklamationsmanagement gegenüber Lieferanten, analysierst Qualitätsprobleme strukturiert und sorgst im Rahmen des 8D-Prozesses für die nachhaltige Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
- Du unterstützt bei Lieferantenfreigaben, Erstmusterprüfungen und Bemusterungen und stellst sicher, dass Produkt- und Prozessanforderungen erfüllt werden.
- Du definierst und überwachst relevante Lieferantenkennzahlen und analysierst die Performance unserer Lieferanten, um gezielte Verbesserungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Einkauf, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung zusammen und fungierst als technische Schnittstelle zu unseren Lieferanten.
- Du wirkst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Supplier-Quality-Prozesse sowie an der Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsstandards entlang der Lieferkette mit.

## AUF WAS KÖNNEN WIR UNS FREUEN

- Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Qualitätsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Supplier Quality Management, technischen Einkauf oder Lieferantenmanagement mit und hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits und Lieferantenbewertungen.
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmethoden wie 8D, FMEA oder Ursachenanalysen und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Qualitätsnormen, z. B. ISO 9001.
- Du verfügst über eine Zertifizierung als Lieferantenauditor, Prozessauditor oder eine vergleichbare Auditorqualifikation, z. B. VDA 6.3 oder ISO 9001 Auditor.
- Du besitzt technisches Verständnis für Produkte, Fertigungsprozesse und Qualitätsanforderungen und kannst Reklamationen analysieren sowie Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung einleiten und nachverfolgen.
- Du trittst sicher gegenüber externen Partnern und Lieferanten auf und arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch sowie lösungsorientiert.
- Du bist bereit, gelegentlich Lieferanten vor Ort zu besuchen, und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
