Learn more at goinfinitum.com Position: Supply Chain Program Manager - Impact & Implementation Location: North Austin, Texas (Onsite) Reports To: Vice President of Supply Chain Travel: Approximately 15-25% (Ramos Arizpe, suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers as required) Position Summary The Supply Chain Program Manager - Impact & Implementation leads the cross-functional implementation of significant supply chain changes and initiatives across Infinitum's manufacturing and supplier network. The role coordinates programs involving new and alternate suppliers, part-number and BOM changes, engineering changes, product redesigns, material transitions, cost-reduction initiatives, supplier qualifications, manufacturing transfers, and new product introductions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain, this role serves as an integrator across Planning, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Import/Export, Contract Manufacturing, Finance, and other stakeholders. The Program Manager owns the integrated implementation plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, readiness reviews, escalation, and execution through successful cutover and closure. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation of major supply chain changes from approval through production cutover and stabilization, establishing milestones, owners, dependencies, critical paths, target dates, and escalation requirements. - Develop and maintain integrated implementation plans spanning Engineering, Sourcing, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Import/Export, suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers. - Coordinate supply chain execution of ECO/MCO activity, BOM changes, new part numbers, specification revisions, supplier changes, and product redesigns, including phase-in/phase-out and cutover plans. - Ensure disposition plans exist for impacted inventory, work-in-process, open purchase orders, tooling, NCNR commitments, and supplier liabilities before changes are implemented. - Manage cross-functional implementation of new and alternate suppliers following sourcing decisions, including onboarding, qualification, samples, tooling, FAI/PPAP or equivalent activities, validation builds, and production readiness. - Establish and maintain a centralized Supply Chain Program and Change Portfolio covering affected products/parts, suppliers, milestones, owners, implementation dates, key risks, cost/inventory exposure, and readiness status. - Lead structured program, readiness, action, and escalation reviews; maintain action logs, RAID logs, milestone trackers, and decision records appropriate to program complexity. - Drive timely decisions and closure across stakeholders without direct functional authority, escalating critical-path issues with clear business impact, options, recommendations, and required decisions. - Establish implementation-readiness criteria and conduct go/no-go reviews for major changes covering Engineering, supplier qualification, material/tooling, ERP/PLM, quality, logistics, CM, and manufacturing readiness. - Maintain oversight through initial production and stabilization, and close programs only after remaining operational, inventory, commercial, and data risks have been resolved. - Partner with Planning, Purchasing, Sourcing, and Finance to quantify and manage inventory, WIP, open commitments, E&O exposure, and supplier liability associated with implementation decisions. - Develop and standardize Supply Chain change-management methods, including templates, stage gates, RACI models, readiness checklists, escalation criteria, and closure requirements. ## Qualifications & Experience Required - 7-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, materials management, sourcing, purchasing, NPI, supplier development, or related manufacturing functions. - Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a manufacturing environment, including supplier transitions, engineering/material changes, new products, or manufacturing changes. - Strong understanding of manufacturing supply-chain fundamentals including BOMs, MRP, materials planning, purchasing, inventory, supplier management, and production readiness. - Strong program-management fundamentals including critical-path management, milestone planning, risk management, RACI, action tracking, and escalation. - Proven ability to influence and drive accountability across functional teams without direct authority while managing multiple simultaneous programs and competing priorities. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills with the ability to identify downstream impacts and clearly present status, risks, options, and decisions. - Experience with ERP/MRP and product/BOM data; NetSuite, Arena, or similar systems preferred. Advanced Excel and familiarity with program/project tracking tools required. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. ## Preferred - Experience in electromechanical, electronics, motor, HVAC, industrial equipment, or other complex manufacturing environments. - Experience coordinating supply chain activities across the United States and Mexico, Contract Manufacturers, and global suppliers. - Exposure to supplier qualification, FAI, PPAP, APQP, NPI, inventory transitions, E&O exposure, and supplier-liability management. - PMP, PgMP, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
