次世代AIロボットの展開を加速させる中、SCM・調達購買の実務を担う若手メンバーを募集します。 このポジションは、ロボットの量産・輸出・調達という事業の根幹を支える役割です。単なるオペレーション担当ではなく、サプライチェーン全体の構造設計・改善に主体的に関わり、事業スピードと収益性に直接貢献していただきます。スタートアップの現場は、教科書通りにはいきません。答えのない状況で自分で判断し、動き、修正し続けることが求められます。その環境を「面白い」と思える方に来ていただきたいと考えています。 ※新規募集。エキスパート候補 【ポジションの特徴】 国内外の製造拠点・サプライヤと直接交渉・連携する、実務主体のポジション データ分析を武器に、コスト構造・在庫・物流を定量的に可視化・改善できる環境 スタートアップならではの裁量と速度感で、サプライチェーンをゼロから設計できる

仕事内容

サプライチェーン管理 / 貿易・物流実務

- 海上・航空・陸上輸送の最適ルート選定（コスト・リードタイム・信頼性の総合評価）
- 輸出入書類の作成・管理（インボイス、パッキングリスト、HSコード分類など）
- 通関業者・フォワーダーの管理・監査、保税制度・FTZ活用の検討
- 在庫・倉庫ネットワークの確認・調整、補充計画の策定
- 物流コスト・KPIデータの集計・分析・経営報告
- 調達・製造・営業・経理など社内部門横断の調整

購買・ソーシング

- AIロボットの部品の調達計画策定から発注・納期管理
- 国内外サプライヤの発掘・評価（品質・コスト・納期・財務）、新規開拓
- 見積査定・コスト妥当性検証、価格・購買条件の交渉
- BOMコスト管理・原価低減施策の立案・実行
- 調達契約書のドラフト・締結
- 試作〜量産フェーズを跨いだプロジェクト横断の購買管理

必須条件

- SCM・調達購買・物流・貿易実務のいずれかに実務経験を有する方（目安：1〜5年程度）
- Excelを用いた定量分析ができる方（VLOOKUP・SUMIF・ピボットテーブル等）
- 日本語必須(N1相当もしくはネイティブレベル)

歓迎要件

- 工学系・経済学系・経営学系の専攻、またはそれに準じたキャリア形成を志向する方
- ロボティクス・電子機器・自動車・産業機器業界での実務経験
- 英語でのサプライヤ交渉・社内調整の経験（TOEIC 700点相当以上、読み書き中心でも可）
- ゼロベースからプロセスやフローを構築した経験
