## Job description

We are looking for a Supply Transactional Finance professional to support high-volume AP finance processes and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you’ll handle invoice processing, transaction recording, reconciliation, record management, and query resolution while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

- Verify, process, and record financial transactions and requests accurately and on time.
- Process invoices and maintain complete and accurate financial records and documentation.
- Perform reconciliation and investigate discrepancies in records, reports, and transactions.
- Respond to internal and external queries within agreed service levels.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to support daily finance operations.
- Handle high-volume data and transactional tasks efficiently.
- Support ad hoc back-office and general administrative tasks as required.

Is This You?

- Minimum B2 English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Finance or Accounting experience through education, internship, and/or full-time employment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with high-volume data and repetitive transactional processes.
- Flexible to work varying hours, including overnight shifts and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed in BSD and/or Jakarta.
