This role focuses on engaging landowners, building trust, and securing site control to support the successful execution of upcoming project milestones. ## Responsibilities - Landowner Outreach & Negotiation: Initiate contact with landowners to discuss, negotiate, and secure easement and right-of-way agreements while addressing concerns and explaining compensation terms. - Relationship & Community Management: Act as the primary point of contact in the field, building and maintaining positive, transparent, and professional relationships with landowners and stakeholders. - Progress Tracking & Documentation: Meticulously track and document agreement progress using internal tracking systems to ensure complete, accurate records and compliance with company standards. - Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership to refine acquisition strategies, resolve obstacles, and achieve key project milestones. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all negotiations, contracts, and field activities fully comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
