The firm also works with global architecture firms such as HKS, Gensler, HOK, and Populous. - **Mission / purpose**: *“Creating places that matter”* – balancing creativity with technical insight to deliver environmentally responsible, community‑shaping projects. ## Products & Services - **Landscape Architecture**: Site design, streetscapes, parks, and public spaces focused on sustainability and functionality. - **Civil Engineering**: Site development, stormwater management, grading, utility design, and embedded engineering services (e.g., long‑term contracts with Charlotte Stormwater Services). - **Urban Design**: Density, transit‑oriented development, brownfield reclamation, and large‑scale mixed‑use frameworks. - **Master Planning**: Comprehensive long‑term plans for master‑planned communities, resorts, and commercial districts (e.g., the Tysons retrofit). - **Land Planning**: Zoning, entitlement strategies, and pre‑development feasibility analysis. ## Market Standing - **Valuation**: Not disclosed (private company) - **Key Metric**: Annual revenue ~$26.4 million (LinkedIn estimate, 2025/2026). Emphasis on work‑life balance, family‑first approach, and inclusivity. - **Work model**: Likely office‑based with studios across the U.S. (no explicit remote policy found; 9 physical offices). Commuter benefits for alternative transportation. - **Perks & benefits**: Competitive compensation, 401k with employer contribution, PTO + paid holidays, 8 hours volunteer PTO, parental leave, health/dental/vision/disability insurance, wellness programs, and professional growth programs. - **Engineering culture**: 100% of employees are designers (landscape architects and civil engineers).
