À propos du poste

En lien direct avec la Responsable RSE Groupe, vous accompagnerez le déploiement de la stratégie RSE d'un cabinet de conseil international, avec une forte exposition aux enjeux ESG actuels et une interaction régulière avec des équipes locales et des parties prenantes externes : partenaires, fournisseurs, etc.

Vos missions

Vous interviendrez en support sur trois axes principaux :

Communication RSE France & Groupe

- Rédaction de contenus pour valoriser les avancées RSE : newsletter interne Groupe, posts LinkedIn, mises à jour de la page RSE du site, en collaboration avec les équipes marketing
- Relais des actualités et ressources auprès du réseau des référents RSE Groupe

Animation de la communauté RSE & coordination des chantiers France

- Coordination avec le collectif RSE France et les fonctions transverses pour assurer le suivi opérationnel et le respect du planning
- Support à l’organisation d’événements et d’actions de sensibilisation : communautés D&I (Women@Artefact, handicap, Pride/inclusion), réduction de nos émissions (tri et recyclage, guidelines internes) et ateliers sur l’IA responsable

Appui à l’évaluation EcoVadis Groupe

- Analyses ciblées pour identifier nos axes de progrès : benchmark, gap analysis, propositions de plans d’amélioration
- Contribution à la préparation du renouvellement de notre certification EcoVadis : analyse et recensement des preuves, rédaction des réponses, en lien avec les fonctions support (RH, Finance, Achats…)

Profil recherché

- Formation Bac +4 / Bac +5 avec spécialisation en RSE / ESG / développement durable ou parcours équivalent avec des connaissances en bilan carbone, reporting ESG et enjeux environnementaux / sociaux en entreprise est un plus
- Première expérience significative (stage ou alternance) en tant que chargé(e) de mission ou équivalent, capable de structurer et piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle
- Maîtrise indispensable de l’anglais (écrit et oral)
- Rigueur, organisation, proactivité et autonomie
- Une appétence pour le secteur de la tech (data & IA) est un véritable plus
