Deine Mission und Herausforderungen

- Die Brücke schlagen: Steigern Sie den Produkterfolg, indem Sie Kunden- und Produktanforderungen in strukturierte, rückverfolgbare Systemanforderungen umwandeln. Beteiligung an der Definition der Systemarchitektur; Leitung der Architektur für Produktlinien, wo zutreffend.
- Kollaboration und Abstimmung: Zuweisung von Anforderungen an Subsysteme und Definition von Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung der Abstimmung über die Bereiche Mechanik, Elektrik, Software, Steuerung, KI und Wahrnehmung hinweg. Koordination der verschiedenen Disziplinen für ein kohärentes Systemverhalten und Compliance.
- Integration vorantreiben: Definition und Unterstützung von Strategien für Systemverifizierung, Validierung und Zertifizierung, einschließlich Testplänen und Abnahmekriterien.
- Verantwortung für den Systemumfang: Erstellung und Pflege zentraler Systems-Engineering-Artefakte, einschließlich Anforderungsspezifikationen, Architektur, Schnittstellendefinitionen und Traceability-Dokumentation. Mitwirkung an technischen Reviews, Design-Reviews, Architektur-Reviews und Meilensteinen des Produktlebenszyklus.
- End-to-End-Umsetzung: Unterstützung der Ausführung sowie der Systemintegration und Performance-Validierung über Prototypen- und Produktphasen hinweg. Erleichterung des reibungslosen Übergangs von der Entwicklung zur Produktion und zum Feldeinsatz.

Worauf wir uns freuen

- Ausbildung: Master oder PhD in Robotik, Systems Engineering, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder einer verwandten Disziplin. Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung sind ein Plus.
- Erfolgsbilanz: Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Robotersysteme in multidisziplinären Umgebungen oder verwandter komplexer, sicherheitsrelevanter autonomer Systeme. Fundiertes Verständnis von Systemintegration, Lebenszyklusprozessen und der Zusammenarbeit mit Architekturteams. Kenntnisse in Robotik-Software-Frameworks und Middleware.
- Hintergrund: Expertise in Requirements Management und Systemarchitektur-Tools. Erfahrung mit modellbasiertem Systems Engineering (MBSE) für Systemarchitektur und Rückverfolgbarkeit. Fundiertes Verständnis von Systemintegration, Lebenszyklusprozessen und funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
- Interdisziplinäre Erfahrung: Gutes Verständnis von mechatronischen Komponenten, Roboter-Hardwarearchitektur, Sensoren sowie Robotik-Software-Frameworks und Middleware (z. B. ROS/ROS2 oder ähnlich).
