The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership, akin to that of a site manager. This role requires flexibility to transition seamlessly between tactical user support and project execution. ## What You’ll Do - IT Systems Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations across the organization. - End-User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices, and assisting with IT-related inquiries. - Software and Application Management: Install, configure, and maintain software applications and licenses, including productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and business applications, to support the needs of the organization. - IT Training and Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and procedures, as well as develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service support. ## What You Bring - Excellent Customer Service and communication skills. - Experience with Okta administration and automation. - Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS365 administration. - Familiarity with MDM administration and zero-touch deployment. - Strong network administration and troubleshooting skills. - Prior experience in SaaS operations management. - Proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows systems.
