Due to our organisational structure and job types being different to the norm, we require an open-minded recruiter who can deeply listen and learn quickly so they support our people effectively. ## What you'll be doing You’ll be partnered with a diverse portfolio of people from across our business and be their go-to person for their hiring needs.  But more than that, you’ll work proactively with your portfolio to stay ahead of their talent needs and to work on innovative and creative strategies to engage with future talent. You'll be responsible for: Partnering with leaders to deliver seamless end-to-end recruitment processes across a diverse portfolio of roles. Using our CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively identify, engage and nurture future talent. Building and maintaining talent pipelines both locally and internationally. Screening and selection - providing insights and advice to leaders to support informed hiring decisions. Guiding leaders through recruitment best practice, including screening approaches, interview design, assessment methods and selection decisions. Managing candidate feedback, psychometric assessments, references and background checking. Partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful recruitment outcomes across multiple international markets. Supporting the recruitment of locally engaged employees in offshore locations, navigating varying employment, market and operational requirements. Managing recruitment processes that involve multiple stakeholder groups, time zones, jurisdictions and governance requirements. Championing a positive and inclusive candidate experience that reflects NZTE's values and employment brand. Using data, insights and technology to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and ways of working. You will have a continuous improvement mindset and curiosity about how technology and AI can enhance recruitment processes. ## What you'll bring We're looking for a highly experienced recruiter who thrives on building relationships, solving problems and delivering high-quality outcomes in complex environments. Ideally, you will have worked in a high volume, collaborative, and progressive place where you’ve learnt how to push the boundaries of what is the norm.  You'll need to demonstrate solid decision-making ability and influencing leadership that includes consideration for the wider impact of those decisions. Exceptional stakeholder and candidate relationship management is key, as is confidence managing complex hiring processes involving numerous stakeholders and competing priorities. You will also be known for your outstanding candidate care. Experience recruiting across multiple regions, countries or employment jurisdictions would be highly valued. You’ll have a deep understanding of the internal customer relationship and how a talent acquisition team partners and supports a business to grow and thrive. We work at pace here, so energy is important as well as the confidence to hit the ground running and deal with ambiguity.
