They are collaborative, organized, and eager to identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes while supporting NYCEDC's talent acquisition goals. ## ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment & Hiring - Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer development, and pre-employment tasks. - Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide guidance throughout the hiring process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. - Develop diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing tools, networking, referrals, and other recruitment strategies. - Draft and update job descriptions and postings, coordinate interview logistics, and maintain accurate candidate records within Greenhouse. - Monitor recruiting metrics and prepare reports to identify trends, improve hiring outcomes, and support workforce planning. - Manage recruitment for internship, fellowship, apprenticeship, and other early-career hiring initiatives. Recruitment Operations & Projects - Lead or contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve recruitment processes, Greenhouse functionality, reporting, employer branding, and the overall candidate experience. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Diversity, Inclusion & Learning, Marketing, and other stakeholders on recruitment initiatives and cross-functional projects. - Other duties as assigned. ## QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. - At least two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR role, including full-cycle recruitment. - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and tailor messaging to different audiences. - Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple concurrent requisitions. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. - Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system strongly preferred. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-informed recommendations. - Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines. - New York City residency is required within 180 days of hire.
