You will run the vetting stage for engineering candidates: conversations built on technical fundamentals, testing what each candidate claims to know. You will also build the systems the pipeline runs on: screening tooling, dashboards, and the automation that turns hundreds of applications a week into a small number of good decisions. You do not need recruiting experience.
