Our research pioneered the field of AI-based simulation, proving it is possible to model human behavior with high accuracy. Today, we are developing a foundation model to predict human behavior in any situation, at any scale.

From rehearsing earnings calls to modeling litigation outcomes and testing global policy changes, leading companies use Simile to preview the effect before triggering the cause. We are backed by $100M in funding led by Index Ventures, with participation from Hanabi, A*, Bain Capital Ventures, and AI visionaries including Andrej Karpathy, Fei-Fei Li, Adam D'Angelo, and Guillermo Rauch.

## About the Role

Simile is looking for a Talent Partner to lead the recruiting motion for our Sales and Deployment Strategy teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by building the full go-to-market team, from the enterprise sellers who land our largest accounts to the deployment strategists who turn them into lasting partnerships. As we continue to push the boundaries of foundation models, we need a passionate recruiter who can help us build a world-class go-to-market team that translates frontier research into real enterprise value.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Candidate Experience: Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, running a high-touch, rigorous, and transparent process that reflects Simile's commitment to excellence.
- Hiring Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers and interviewers to understand what makes a great hire for roles like Deployment Strategists and enterprise Account Executives, from technical fluency to the ability to own complex Fortune 500 relationships.
- Brand Advocacy: Be the face of Simile in the enterprise GTM community, telling the story of our mission to architect reality and our position as a world-class AI lab.
- Process Innovation: Sharpen and scale our recruiting process while holding a high, inclusive talent bar, so we consistently land top commercial operators and entrepreneurial GTM leaders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of hiring trends in the AI go-to-market landscape and use that fluency to evaluate commercial talent with real signal.
- Strategic Sourcing: Go far beyond inbound. Build and run proactive sourcing strategies to find, engage, and hire top commercial talent across enterprise sales and deployment strategy.

## Compensation & Benefits

At Simile, we provide competitive compensation packages that include base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

- Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000 USD
- Note: Final offers are based on experience, specialized skills, interview performance, and relevant training.
- Equity: Grants are available for eligible roles, subject to board approval.
