Sobre a Tako A Tako é a plataforma de IA para operações de pessoas. Nascemos para resolver um dos maiores problemas do Brasil: a burocracia que trava as empresas e drena tempo, dinheiro e energia de quem está construindo negócio. É um problema difícil, e a nossa aposta é uma infraestrutura que combina aplicações determinísticas, como a folha e o cálculo em tempo real, com agentes de IA que executam o trabalho e enfrentam a complexidade trabalhista de frente. Isso vive hoje em dois produtos sobre a mesma base:

- Tako Payroll & People Ops: cuida da jornada inteira do colaborador, da admissão ao desligamento, com cálculo em tempo real e integração automática com o eSocial.
- Tako Recruiter: entrevista todos os candidatos por conversa, conectado ao ATS que a empresa já usa.

Em cima disso, uma camada de inteligência: o Otto, que mantém a CLT, as convenções coletivas e a jurisprudência vivas dentro da folha, e o Agente Analista, que responde sobre custo, headcount e turnover com o dado real da empresa. Até aqui, são mais de R$ 1 bilhão processado em folha, NPS +80, zero churn desde o lançamento e fechamento de folha 70% mais rápido.
