Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte do nosso time de Wealth Management, sendo responsável por assessorar uma carteira de clientes alta renda (ticket a partir de R$ 500k). Sua missão será oferecer consultoria financeira personalizada, desenvolver estratégias de investimento adequadas ao perfil do investidor e contribuir para o crescimento sustentável dos ativos sob gestão.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Gerenciar e desenvolver relacionamento consultivo com carteira de clientes wealth
- Realizar assessoria de investimentos personalizada através dos canais digitais
- Executar rotina comercial ativa para captação de recursos e novos negócios
- Analisar cenário macroeconômico e traduzir tendências em recomendações de investimento
- Manter CRM atualizado e acompanhar indicadores de performance comercial
- Garantir compliance com normas regulatórias e políticas institucionais
- Desenvolver e executar estratégias de expansão da base de clientes wealth

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

- Graduação completa
- Certificação CEA (Especialista em Investimentos ANBIMA)
- Experiência com clientes alta renda com ticket a partir de R$ 500k
- Domínio do pacote Office
- Sólido conhecimento do mercado financeiro e produtos de investimento
- Excelente comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
- Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica
