## Job description

Are you someone who enjoys exploring marketing opportunities, creating engaging promotional campaigns and events, and building meaningful partnerships?

We're looking for a Talent Attraction Intern to help us expand our reach, strengthen our employer presence, and discover creative ways to connect with potential talent.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Talent Sourcing team to explore promotional channels, optimize job advertisements, support employer branding initiatives, and build relationships with universities and external communities.

Is This You?

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A fresh graduate or final-year student (no offline classes) majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in university organizations, student associations, committees, or event organizing is highly preferred.
- Exposure to partnership management, sponsorship, external relations, or organizational collaboration is a plus.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and eager to explore new ideas.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable working with recruitment tools (training provided!)
- Have an interest in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and talent attraction.

## Key Responsibilities

- Initial CV Screening Support: Assist Recruiters' team in reviewing incoming applications and supporting online assessment based on established job requirements and candidate criteria. Help identify relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, organize candidate information, and support the team in maintaining an organized candidate pipeline.
- Sourcing Channel Research & Development: Research potential platforms, communities, and promotional channels to identify creative ways to reach relevant talent audiences. Compile and maintain a database of potential channels to support job promotion activities.
- Job Advertisement Optimization: Assist in improving job advertisements through engaging copywriting, relevant keywords, and effective content positioning. Explore ways to increase job advertisement visibility and engagement by adapting promotional content to different platforms and target audiences.
- Marketing & Promotion: Support job promotion activities across selected platforms, and professional communities. Assist in preparing promotional materials and coordinating marketing activities to increase job visibility and reach a wider audience.
- University Partnership Support: Research potential university partners, student organizations, and campus communities to explore collaboration opportunities. Assist in coordinating communications with university representatives and supporting campus engagement activities, career events, webinars, and other partnership initiatives.
