Im Bereich Finance & Controlling analysierst du die Zahlen, die wichtige unternehmerische Entscheidungen erst möglich machen – und genau hier setzt deine Rolle an: Als Tax Manager sorgst du dafür, dass NEURA auf seinem internationalen Wachstumskurs steuerlich sauber, sicher und vorausschauend aufgestellt ist.

## DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

Als Tax Manager verantwortest du die steuerlichen Themen eines schnell wachsenden Robotik-Unternehmens, das sich zunehmend international aufstellt – von der laufenden Compliance bis zur steuerlichen Begleitung neuer Auslandsgesellschaften. Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle steuerlichen Fragestellungen und sorgst dafür, dass Wachstum nicht auf Kosten steuerlicher Sicherheit geht.

- Steuerliche Compliance: Du verantwortest die fristgerechte und korrekte Erstellung bzw. Koordination von Steuererklärungen (Körperschaftsteuer, Gewerbesteuer, Umsatzsteuer) in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern und Behörden.
- Internationales Steuerrecht: Du begleitest den internationalen Ausbau von NEURA – u. a. in die USA – steuerlich, prüfst Verrechnungspreisthemen (Transfer Pricing) und stellst sicher, dass grenzüberschreitende Strukturen sauber aufgesetzt sind.
- Beratung auf Augenhöhe: Du berätst Geschäftsführung, Finance-Team und Fachbereiche zu steuerlichen Implikationen neuer Geschäftsmodelle, Verträge und Unternehmensstrukturen.
- Tax Compliance Management: Du baust ein Tax Compliance Management System (Tax CMS) auf bzw. entwickelst es weiter, das mit dem Wachstum des Unternehmens mitskaliert.
- Betriebsprüfungen & Behördenkontakt: Du begleitest Betriebsprüfungen und bist Ansprechpartner für Finanzämter und externe Prüforganisationen.
- Monitoring von Gesetzesänderungen: Du verfolgst relevante Änderungen im nationalen und internationalen Steuerrecht und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für das Unternehmen ab.
- Zusammenarbeit über Bereiche hinweg: Du arbeitest eng mit Finance, Controlling, Legal und People & Culture zusammen, um steuerliche Aspekte frühzeitig in Prozesse, Verträge und internationale Projekte einzubringen statt sie nachträglich draufzusetzen.

## WORAUF WIR UNS FREUEN

- Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Steuern; Steuerberaterexamen ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Steuerbereich, idealerweise in einer Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder der Steuerabteilung eines wachstumsstarken, international tätigen Unternehmens.
- Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Unternehmenssteuerrecht sowie Grundverständnis für internationale Steuerthemen (Transfer Pricing, Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen); Erfahrung mit US-Steuerthemen von Vorteil angesichts unseres US-Ausbaus.
- Arbeitsweise: Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise - du behältst auch bei komplexen, grenzüberschreitenden Themen den Überblick und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst steuerliche Sachverhalte verständlich vermitteln - vom Fachbereich bis zur Geschäftsführung - und schaffst Klarheit statt zusätzlicher Komplexität.
- Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere für die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen Teams und Gesellschaften.
