This position primarily focuses on medium to large trucking fleets, while also supporting select truck stops, national buying groups, commercial bolt-on dealers, wholesale distributors with multi-region footprints, and select OEM accounts. The Fleet Account Manager will develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers to achieve sales and profitability objectives. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop and grow business with assigned key accounts throughout the U.S. through sales programs, RFP responses, contracts, and promotional initiatives. - Serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring operational needs are documented, tracked, and resolved effectively, including inventory supply, demand planning, forecasting, reporting, billing accuracy, and payment resolution. - Partner with Commercial Tire Managers and Regional Directors to establish and execute growth strategies for assigned key customers. - Represent and communicate the Hankook Tire brand and product portfolio through customer meetings, new product introductions and training, customer events, sales promotions, and trade shows. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching prospects, analyzing market positions, and evaluating potential for growth. - Develop multi-level customer relationships by identifying customer needs and opportunities and providing solutions that support business objectives, profitability, and operational improvements. - Serve as a business consultant to customers by providing market information, guidance, research, best practices, and recommendations for improving sales and profitability. - Monitor industry trends, market activity, competitive developments, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development. - Collect, analyze, and summarize competitive and market information to support business decisions and prepare relevant reports. - Maintain a high level of customer service by following established company standards and proactively addressing customer needs. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system. - Achieve established sales, growth, and profitability objectives for assigned accounts. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
