Als Team Lead FP&A / Controlling (m/w/d) bist du der strategische Kompass für unser weiteres internationales Wachstum. Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung unseres FP&A-Teams, baust unsere BI-Landschaft weiter aus und verantwortest die Integrierte Finanzplanung unserer drei Gruppen-Entities (DE, CY, US).

Deine Rolle & dein Impact ⚡️ Als Team Lead FP&A / Controlling (m/w/d) übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres FP&A- und Controlling-Teams (1 direkter Report: Senior FP&A Manager / Controller). Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Finanzplanung, Management Reporting und BI aller 3 Gruppen-Entities (DE, CY, US). Du bist die zentrale Instanz für belastbare Planzahlen und Steuerungs-KPIs und übersetzt Zahlen in Entscheidungen für die Geschäftsführung. Du bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen Finanzleitung, Accounting und den Fachbereichen.

Deine zentralen Aufgaben 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Teamleitung & Steuerung

- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung deines Senior FP&A Managers (m/w/d).

Gesamtverantwortung Planung & Forecasting

- Verantwortung für die Integrierte Finanzplanung (P&L, Cashflow, Bilanz) der gesamten Gruppe, für den jährlichen Budgetprozess und für rollierende Forecasts. Dazu gehören Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und Abweichungsanalysen auf Entity- und Gruppenebene.

Management Reporting & Board-Prep

- Verantwortung für das Management Reporting an Geschäftsführung und Gesellschafter. Auf Basis der Abschlussdaten aus dem Accounting erstellst du Board-, Investoren- und Bankunterlagen sowie Business Cases für strategische Entscheidungen.

Business Partnering

- Sparringspartner:in für die Bereichsleitungen Marketing (CAC, ROAS, CLV), E-Commerce, Retail und SCM (Lagerreichweiten, Logistikkosten, Deckungsbeiträge). Gemeinsam mit den Budgetverantwortlichen steuerst du Budgets und Margenhebel.

Liquidität & Working Capital

- Verantwortung für die Cashflow-Planung und die Working-Capital-Steuerung (Inventory, Forderungen, Verbindlichkeiten) über alle 3 Entities.

Stakeholder & Schnittstellen

- Verantwortung für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting-Team (Abschlussdaten, Intercompany), damit alle mit einer gemeinsamen, konsistenten Datenbasis arbeiten.

BI, Systems & Automation

- Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung unserer BI-Landschaft und Datenmodelle auf Basis von Oracle NetSuite, Google Sheets und relationalen Datenbanken. Du treibst die Automatisierung von Reporting-Prozessen voran.

Das bringst du mit 🤝

- Erfahrung & Leadership: Min. 6 Jahre im Bereich FP&A, Controlling oder BI in einem E-Commerce-, D2C- oder Retail-Scale-up inklusive (fachlicher/disziplinarischer) Führungserfahrung.

- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL/Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

- FP&A- & Finance-Know-how: Fundierte Praxis in integrierter Finanzplanung, Gruppen-Reporting und Konsolidierung über mehrere Entities (HGB, Basis-IFRS/US-GAAP) sowie tiefes Verständnis für E-Commerce/Retail-KPIs (CAC, ROAS, Margin, Working Capital).

- Tech & Data Stack: Expert:in in Google Sheets & SQL/Datenbanken; fundierte Erfahrung mit BI-Tools und ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Oracle NetSuite). Bonus: Erfahrung mit AI-Automations / Agentic Workflows im Finance-Bereich.

- Leadership & Skills: Empathischer, strukturierter Führungsstil, hohe Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzdaten auf C-Level-Ebene verständlich zu übersetzen.

- Kommunikation: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
